Districts can upload PDFs and links to important documents. Coaches can then access these documents from inside Rank One via the Coaches Toolkit. The link to the toolkit is located on the Dashboard page.
Tip: You must have administrative access to be able to add categories and links to the toolkit. The documents are district-wide and the same for all campuses. Once added, all coaches will have access to the same PDFs and links.
Part 1: Set Up Categories

Navigate to the Coaches Toolkit
Hold your cursor over the Admin tab and click on the Coaches Toolkit link.

Enter Your Categories
Enter your Categories. You can also sort the order in which they will be displayed. For example: District Travel Forms.
Once you have added categories, you can attach PDFs or set up links to webpages.

Attach a PDF Document Under a Category
- Click the Links tab.
- Select the Category from the drop-down list that you want to add a PDF to.
- Choose the file from your computer.
- Name the PDF.
- Enter the order you want the PDF to show up under the category.

Attach a Link to a Website
- Click on the Links tab.
- Select the Category from the drop-down list that you want to add a link to.
- Enter the link name.
- Change the Type to Link.
- Enter the web address of the webpage you wish to link to.
- Sort the links under each category in any order using the sort box.

Coaches Access the Toolkit
Once you have your categories and links set up, coaches can access them by logging into the software and going to the Dashboard tab and clicking Coaches Toolkit.
The categories will be listed along with the PDFs and links to webpages. Coaches can access them by clicking on the links.
