Daily Treatment Student Sign On Page

Switching the Daily Treatment Log to "Public View" allows students to sign in for treatment on their own. This tutorial walks through enabling the public sign-in page, the two sign-in methods available to students, and how to manage treatment entries afterward.

Part 1: Enable Public View

1 Open the Daily Treatment Log

Hold your cursor over Athlete Management and select Daily Treatment Log from the dropdown menu.

2 Switch to Public View

Click the "Switch to Public View" button in the upper-right corner of the Daily Treatment Log page.

3 Choose a Sign-In Option

Select one of the two sign-in methods for students, then click Continue:

  • Option A: Student ID Number
  • Option B: Last Name, First Name, and Date of Birth

Part 2: Option A - Sign In by Student ID

4 Enter Student ID and Select Sport

If you chose Option A, type the Student ID number in the box and wait for the system to recognize the student's name. Once the name populates, select the Sport Injury Occurred from the dropdown.

5 Sign In for Treatment

Once the information has been entered, click "Sign In for Treatment." You will receive a "Success" message confirming the sign-in.

Part 3: Option B - Sign In by Name and Date of Birth

6 Search by Last Name

If you chose Option B, type the student's last name and select the appropriate student from the dropdown menu.

7 Enter Date of Birth and Select Sport

Enter the correct Date of Birth and select the appropriate Sport Injury Occurred from the dropdown.

8 Sign In and Confirm

Click "Sign In for Treatment." You will receive a "Success" message confirming the sign-in.

Part 4: Returning to the Admin View

9 Navigate Home or Sign Out

To return to the Student Sign In page, select Home. To log back into your Rank One account, select Sign Out.

10 Edit Treatment Entries

After logging back in, you can edit treatments for students who used the Public Treatment Sign In at the bottom of the Daily Treatment Log. Select the athlete's name from the list and click Edit to enter treatment information, or Delete to remove the athlete from the list.

Important: The Public View is intended for student self-service sign-in only. Make sure to log back in to your admin account to enter detailed treatment information such as anatomical site, body side, modalities, and exercises for each student.
Tip: You can export treatment log data to Excel or PDF using the export buttons at the bottom of the Daily Treatment Log. You can also send treatment emails to coaches by clicking the "Send Emails" button.
