How to Complete Online Forms with a Parent Account

This guide walks parents through the process of creating an account, linking their student, and completing online forms in Rank One Pro. Follow the three parts below to get started.

Part 1: Create Your Account

1 Read the Instructions Page

Begin by reading the instructions page provided by your school. This page contains the link to the online forms portal and any specific directions from your school district.

2 Create an Account or Log In

If this is your first time using the online forms portal, click Create Account to register. If you already have an account, click Log In to sign in with your existing credentials.

3 Register with Your Information

Fill out the registration form with your name, email address, and a password. Make sure the email address you enter is one you have access to, as you will need to confirm it in the next step.

4 Confirm Your Email

Check your email inbox for a confirmation message. Click the verification link in the email to activate your account. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Part 2: Link Your Student

5 Sign In to Your Account

After confirming your email, return to the online forms portal and sign in using the email and password you registered with.

6 Link a Student to Your Account

Once signed in, you will be prompted to link a student to your account. Enter the required student information such as their name, date of birth, or student ID as specified by your school.

7 Find Your Student

Search for your student using the information provided. Once the correct student appears in the results, select them to link them to your parent account.

Part 3: Complete the Forms

8 View Your Linked Student and Start Forms

After linking your student, you will see them listed on your dashboard. Click on your student's name or the Start Forms button to begin completing the required online forms.

9 View Compliance Status

Review the compliance status for each required form. Forms that still need to be completed will be marked accordingly. Work through each form until all items show as complete.

10 Complete the Electronic Forms

Click on each form to open it, fill in all required fields, and submit. Some forms may require a digital signature. Continue until all forms are marked as complete.

Tip: The parent portal includes additional features beyond completing forms. You can access your Inbox for messages from the school, view and download Printable Documents, Manage Your Account settings, and more. Explore the menu to see all available options.
