Parent and Community Member Email Alert Tutorial

This tutorial guides parents and community members through subscribing to schedule alerts on the Rank One website. Once subscribed, you will receive email or text notifications whenever a schedule is updated.

Part 1: Finding Your School's Schedule

1 Go to the Rank One Website

Open your web browser and navigate to www.rankone.com.

2 Select "View Schedules"

From the main navigation menu, click on "View Schedules" to access the public schedule search page.

3 Search for Your School

Enter your school's name in the School Name field. You can also narrow your search by selecting a Sport from the drop-down or entering a City Name.

Part 2: Viewing and Subscribing to Alerts

4 Select "View Schedule"

From the search results, find the team you are interested in and click "View Schedule" next to that team.

Important: If the schedule says "Not Yet Public", the school has not yet published the schedule for that team. Check back later or contact the school's athletic department.

5 Open Schedule Alerts

Once the schedule loads, click "Sign up for schedule alerts" at the top of the schedule page to open the alerts subscription dialog.

6 Subscribe with Email or Phone Number

In the Schedule Alerts dialog, enter your email address to receive email alerts, or enter your cell phone number to receive text alerts. Then click "Subscribe".

Tip: You can subscribe with both an email address and a phone number to receive alerts through multiple channels. You will be notified whenever the schedule is updated, including game time changes, location changes, and cancellations.
