UIL (University Interscholastic League) incoming student PAPFs allow schools to review student eligibility submissions from parents. This tutorial guides you through accessing, reviewing, and processing incoming forms in Rank One.
Navigate to Student Management and select Incoming Student. You can also access this through the incoming PAPF widget on your dashboard. The page will display all forms sorted by date, with the newest submissions appearing at the top.
Look for forms marked with a "New" banner. These indicate submissions that have not yet been reviewed. The form status column on the right shows whether the parent has submitted the form and whether it's ready for your review in the eligibility form section.
Click View to open the complete PAPF. This will display all forms submitted by the parent. You can now review the parent's submissions and complete the remaining steps in the process.
To review answers on a specific form, click Review Answers on the right side of the form. A window will open showing the parent's responses. Pay attention to any flags displayed next to certain answers—these highlight questions that may require further review for eligibility purposes.
Close this window by clicking the X button in the top right corner when finished.
To see a comprehensive breakdown of all forms submitted by the parent, click View All Answers. This will display all form submissions and their corresponding answers in an organized format for thorough review.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the New School Certification Form. This is your next required action. Fill in all required form fields according to your school's policies and the student's PAPF information. Once complete, click Submit.
After submitting the certification form, the next action is to send the form to the previous school coordinator. Click the appropriate button to send this information. You will receive a success message confirming that the form has been sent to the previous school.
